ブルース・スプリングスティーン「Letter To You」
つづいてはブルース・スプリングスティーン「Letter To You」。2012年「Wrecking Ball」以来8年振りとなる、Eストリート・バンドとのニュー・アルバムが発売決定。発売日は10月23日となっています。ニュージャージーの自宅スタジオでわずか5日でレコーディングされたらしく、スタジオでのライブ演奏とも言える内容。収録曲はスプリングスティーンの書き下ろし新曲9曲と共に、今まで未発表だった「Janey Needs A Shooter」、「If I Was The Priest」、「Song For Orphans」の3曲が収録されています。トラックリストは以下の通り。

最後はスタイル・カウンシル「Long Hot Summers: The Story of the Style Council」。解散したのが1990年ですから30年が経ったんですね。このタイミングで新しいベスト盤が登場です。発売日は10月30日となっています。今回注目なのは「Dropping Bombs On The Whitehouse (Extended version)」、「My Ever-Changing Moods (Demo)」の未発表バージョンが収録されていること。また、ポール・ウェラー自身が共同編集者として関わり、アビイ・ロード・スタジオでリマスターされた音源が収められています。全37曲とボリュームも満点な内容です。
